EXPERIENCE

My training in urban and regional economics and public finance allows me to understand local and regional economic issues. As a multifamily real estate investor, real estate agent and former Abilene city councilman I have a applied, first-hand perspective with public projects and regional economic issues.

I have assisted both plaintiff and defense attorneys with economic valuation reports dealing with:

  • lost earnings and benefits
  • personal consumption
  • lost household services
  • estimation of the present value of medical care costs

and for cases concerned with:

  • product issues and recalls
  • personal injury
  • wrongful death
  • wrongful birth
  • medical malpractice
  • wrongful termination
  • client loss due to breach of non-compete agreement

since 1996.  I have a more comprehensive curriculum vitae and if you will contact me, I will happily supply you with a detailed listing of the cases where I have been retained as an expert witness.
